EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: CLAIRE RUDMAN

Claire Rudman started working at FutureCare in 1994 as the Director of Nursing at FutureCare Cherrywood. Several years later, she was promoted to her current position--Regional Clinical Services Manager. Claire oversees several buildings, ensuring that they are in compliance with all current regulations and policies. Her favorite part of the job is helping other staff members to be successful.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family. She has three kind children, all of whom are now married. She also has a beautiful, funny granddaughter and welcomed a new grandson to the family in March. In addition, Claire loves to travel and has visited 30 states and 6 European countries. Her parents instilled in her the importance of helping those less fortunate, and Claire's work for FutureCare reflects this commitment to serving others.

Claire loves working in long-term care because of the unique relationships that develop over time between staff members, residents, and families. Her favorite FutureCare memory is bringing over the first group of nurses from the Phillipines and helping them and their families get acclimated to a new culture. Claire advises other FutureCare employees to "enjoy the benefits of working for a small, locally-owned business that is as vested in caring for its employees as it is for the residents."
