Meet Carol Breitenbach

To close out Care Managers Week celebrations, we're giving a special shoutout to our Director of Census Development, Carol Breitenbach. Carol's been working for FutureCare for 7 years, and joined after 18 years in the skilled nursing facilities industry because her experience was a great fit for FutureCare's needs. As the Director of Census Management, Carol has implemented standardized processes and established the new Document Manager position to accommodate for digital conversion of documents. On a typical day, Carol assists with census and business development and supporting admissions staff in any way to grow their census. She loves that everyday is different because she supports multiple locations, and finds making individuals work life more rewarding an incredibly fulfilling experience.
Outside of work, Carol loves spending time with family, gardening, crafting, and cooking. She enjoys challenging herself everyday, and describes herself as competitive, genuine, and honest. One thing you probably don't about Carol is that she was born on her mother's 30th birthday! Thank you so much for your hard work and support across multiple FutureCare locations, Carol!
