Meet Carol Roulhac

Meet Carol Roulhac, Assistant Manager of Dietary at FutureCare Lochearn. Carol joined the FutureCare family 6 years ago. She is an incredibly talented cook, adding her own flavor to recipes that residents cannot get enough of. She is incredibly popular with other Dietary Aides due to her positive attitude and extremely strong work ethic. Carol has never been late, not even once, in her 6 years with us. Like many of us, Carol persevered through this tough year while always having a smile on her face, which is no easy task. Thank you Carol, for being the shining light of positivity that we all need during these times!
