Meet Mary Andrade

Meet Mary Andrade, one of our Case Managers here at FutureCare. Originally from Baltimore, Mary began working with us 22 years ago in August 1998! She first wanted to be a Case Manager when she started taking on some aspects of the job as a PPS Coordinator at FutureCare Canton Harbor. When the position opened up, she thought she would try something new. As a Case Manager, Mary advocates for patients in inpatient and rehab services, organizes home care service for patients returning to their communities, and works closely with the billing department to ensure that facilities receive payment for their services. Mary loves that she can work at her own pace, and appreciates the bond she has with her teammates as they support each other. Seeing patients get the care they need to return home fully recovered also puts a smile on her face every day.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys riding her motorcycle, playing golf, hiking, and traveling to relax. In fact, she dreams of buying an RV when she retires and traveling anywhere and everywhere the weather is warm. She describes herself as organized, caring, and dependable, and enjoys dancing around her house while doing housework.
