Meet Tracy Crose-Hamm

Yesterday marked the beginning of Nurse Practitioners Week, and to kick off celebrations we'd like to feature one of our Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners, Tracy Crose-Hamm! Tracy is originally from Pennsylvania and came to Maryland due to the autonomy CRNP's have to practice as medical providers. She has been a CRNP for about five years now, and is an incredibly hard working and dedicated member of our Nurse Practitioner team. Her patients are her favorite part of job and she loves getting to know them over time. She notes that they make her feel valued, and as she learns more about them she also learns a little bit more about herself.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys watching a good TV show, seeing friends and family, refurbishing old furniture, and spending time with her 15 year old son. Tracy is incredibly resilient as she has had to live on her own since she was 14 years old. We can certainly see that resilience in her character and the dedication she gives to her patients. Thank you, Tracy, for all that you do for our residents.
