National Nurses Month - Claire Rudman

This month is National Nurses Month, and we would like to spotlight some of our fantastic nurses throughout our FutureCare family. Today, we want to recognize Claire Rudman, a Registered Nurse and Regional Clinical Services Manager. She started at FutureCare as the Director of Nursing at our Cherrywood community in 1995 before being promoted to her current position in 1999. For the past 23 years, Claire has indulged in her love for long-term care through her responsibility to provide knowledge and supervision for her fellow employees. She also works to ensure FutureCare policies and procedures are being properly followed at all times.
Her favorite part about working at FutureCare? The friendships, of course! "The relationships I've developed with my co-workers enables us to support each other in our mission," she says. Outside of work, Claire enjoys traveling and spending time with her family at their home in Deep Creek Lake. Thank you, Claire, for your continuous hard work and dedication to our community!
