2020 Quality Improvement (QI) Award

Congratulations to Dr. Fatima Sheikh, Medical Director of FutureCare Capital Region and NorthPoint, and her team for earning the 2020 Quality Improvement (QI) Award from AMDA - The Society for PA and LTC Medicine.
The project that earned them this honor was titled, "Understanding Long-Term Care Residents' Perceptions on Interdisciplinary Care Plan Meetings." It was put together and led by Drs. Hamilton and Robertson.
