It's Earth Day, aka Mr. Trash Wheel's eighth birthday! Tomorrow, Waterfront Partnership will host a birthday party for Mr. Trash Wheel, the innovative solar-powered water wheel that collects and remove trash and debris in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
