FutureCare Homewood Builds New State-of-the-Art Gym and Rehab Facility

MAY 23, 2016--Baltimore, MD--Over the past year, FutureCare Homewood has undergone a huge expansion and renovation of their rehabilitation care facility. They have just completed construction on a 4,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art gym, which occupies the entire third floor of the facility.

Homewood now has the best and most technologically advanced rehab equipment available, including the Virtusense, Biodex, and Alter G machines. This equipment uses advanced technology such as virtual reality, biofeedback, and anti-gravity technologies for balance retraining, gait training, increasing mobility, and more. In addition to these new machines, there are also harnesses installed all around the gym so that patients have no risk of falling while working with their trainer.

The new Homewood gym reflects FutureCare's commitment to providing state-of-the-art care and rehabilitation services to all our residents.
