FutureCare Named Top Workplace 2021 by Baltimore Sun

Dear Colleagues,
As we approach the end of a very challenging year in dealing with a relentless pandemic, we received some very positive news last week: for the 10th year in a row FutureCare was named a Top Employer by The Baltimore Sun. This designation is not something that you can buy or campaign for. It is based on anonymous surveys of a company's staff. We were the only skilled nursing provider who achieved Top Workplace status, and the highest ranked healthcare provider. Wow! So we want to thank everyone for once again expressing your support for FutureCare. It is truly humbling to think that with all of the challenges that we have faced on a daily basis and all of the difficulties posed by the pandemic that you have once again expressed your belief in the company, our mission and our values. I promise you that we take our obligations to each team member very seriously. And regardless of the challenges that we face today or in the future we will continue to work hard every day to retain your trust.
