FutureCare Recognized in U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Nursing Homes in America” for 2015

March 9, 2015-- FutureCare Health and Management, Maryland's premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider, is proud to announce that five of its facilities were recognized on the U.S. News & World Report's "Best Nursing Homes in America" list for 2015: FutureCare Old Court, FutureCare Sandtown, FutureCare Lochearn, FutureCare North Point, and FutureCare Homewood. While Old Court, Sandtown, and Lochearn were honored in 2014, this is the first year that North Point and Homewood have made the list.

The ratings were determined by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services based on each facility's overall performance in health inspections, nurse staffing, and quality of medical care. Only 26 percent of all skilled nursing facilities in Maryland received the overall five-star rating.

"We are very happy that US News has acknowledged us as one of the best nursing home companies in America. Congratulations to each of the facilities honored and to all of the people who make those facilities so great. Every person in every department is essential to making the facilities successful," says FutureCare President, Gary Attman.
