November is National Alzheimer's Awareness Month

November is National Alzheimer's Awareness Month. Alzheimer's Disease is a progressive degenerative brain disease and is the most common type of dementia with more than 6 million Americans living with Alzheimer's Disease and 3 million new cases being diagnosed each year. Researchers are diligently working to discover the root cause of the disease and conducting extensive research to find the most effective treatments and a cure. Today and every day, we hold space for those who suffer from this devastating disease and their loved ones who care for them, both inside and outside of our FutureCare family.
