FutureCare Sandtown gives new meaning to the term “community healthcare.”  We are known not only for our excellent clinical services but we have earned a reputation as a company that truly cares about all the residents of the community we serve.

Sandtown’s annual Pumpkin Patch event, held every year on Halloween, is a good example of that. Literally, thousands of families from our community come to our location for a special, festive event that is all about trick-or-treating, pumpkin picking, going on hayrides and other fun activities for children. It brings smiles to a lot of faces – the children and their parents, of course, but also our residents and staff, who work very hard to make this event possible each year. And the fun doesn’t stop there. At Sandtown, we don’t need a holiday to celebrate and have a good time. We have cookouts and crab feasts. We take groups to Orioles games and throw parties when the Ravens are playing. There are holiday parties and cocktail parties. It seems that there is always something going on here for our residents to take part in and have a good time with.

I chose to pursue a career in long term care because I wanted to make a positive difference for patients and their families. I have the opportunity to do that, each day that I come to work at FutureCare Sandtown. I look forward to an opportunity to meet with you and learn about how we can best serve your family.

Warm regards,
